We visited our local library and met the lovely librarian Maddie. Maddie showed us around the library; read a story to us; talked to us about how to use a library and how to sign up for a library card. Many of our children had never been to a public library before and couldn't believe that a library membership was FREE! Some of our children were so inspired, that they went away with their grown-ups and signed up for their very own library card.
